Resubmitting a claim:
• This must be done on your PC login
• Claim must be in part paid/reject. Please note that if your claim is sitting in accepted, received or paid status you should not make changes as the claim is either still in transit or paid.

How do I do the picture conversion?

How to claim an assistant item?
To bill a surgical assistant item number 51300, 51303 or 51306 you need to:
• have the surgeons items numbers.
• You need to have assistant as one of your specialities.
• This will enable you to switch on the “surgical assistant” ON/OFF button.

Adding a new provider number
Please note: adding a new provider number depends on the package you are signed up under. For basic and saver packages you won’t be able to upload another provider number as they only allow 1 provider number.
Also, new provider numbers must be registered with the health funds before you can bill.

Updating bank details
