Q: I use Genie in my practice, are you able to send my letters back to my Genie EHR?
We have other long-term clients who use Genie as well.
Most of them use Genie’s functionality for importing remotely typed letters and we type their letters in a Genie import compatible format to accommodate this (there is no extra charge for this).
We recommend you check with your Genie support team to confirm this.
