- 24 hour turnaround for files received between 9:00am and 5:00pm (AEST) Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 3:00pm (AEST) on Friday
- Files received outside of these hours marked as having been received at 9:00am (AEST) the next business day and will be delivered by
9:00am (AEST) the following business day.
