We provide you with a secure Synapse web account to which you can upload your audio files from your dictaphone. You can also use it to track progress, upload templates, letterheads, any supporting documentation, or even your finalised versions for our typists to refer to when you dictate review letters. 

If you don’t use a dictaphone and are looking for an app-based solution there’s a third party paid app called Dictadroid app for Android devices and Voice Memo + FTPManager for iOS devices that can be configured to send directly to us via FTP.
