If you wish to use the fees set by the payer, these are loaded in already and are constantly checked to ensure they are the most up to date fees. We have a dedicated fee team at Synapse, whose sole job is to monitor available fee schedules and rebates across the country daily. This team monitor updates from Medicare, private health funds and other payers and constantly check that the system is applying the correct fees. You can relax!
