Yes we can!
However this would require you to provide our typists with remote access to your practice system, logins to your practice software, and detailed instructions for using the software to type your letters.
While we are fairly familiar with Genie and STATHealth EHR platforms in general, differences in versions and client specific customisations mean we would still request detailed instructions even if you used one of these platforms.
Additionally there is a 2c per line surcharge for typing into client practice software.
